Have you try googling yourself?

That's a pic of us today @ this Asia Chamber of Commerce Gala Dinner. Highlight of the day: Food! Haha. And of coz the man in the center is a big shot. He looks big shot with a long title to boast of! Executive Director of the Governor's Advisory Commission on Asia American Affairs. Can u say his title in one breath?

Have you tried googling yourself?

I did.

I type in "Eric Feng" in google and I realized a few interesting facts about myself. And I am impressed with myself.

1. I work in Microsoft Research Lab together with 20 other Chinese programmers
2. I am an amazing artist who has a studio named Feric and a totally arty farty website www.feric.com (not to mention tons of fansites about me!)
3. I am also a Program Manager for SQL Server Express
4. I am into Astroparticles (Dark Matter and Quantum Gravity) and I recently moved from Berkley to Chicago
5. I won a Youth Award at May 6 for my strong commitment to community service
6. I wrote two papers. (1) SafeMem: Exploiting ECC-Memory for Detecting Memory Leaks and Memory Corruption During Production Runs (2) FS2: Dynamic Data Replication in Free Disk Space for Improving Disk Performance and Energy-Consumption
7. I am also a big shot in University of Toronto. My position: New College Marketing and Communications
8. I was recently awarded ROBERT C. BYRD HONORS SCHOLARSHIP (god know what is that)

And here's one of my latest work.

But the most important of all..
I am fucking insignificant! (But don't I know that already?) =)
